Northeastern Club Running had a fantastic return to cross-country competitions at the UMass Minuteman Invitational last weekend. The team won the men’s and women’s races and saw some dominant performances on a challenging course!
On the women’s side, team captains Rose McDonnell and Caroline Meehan placed first and third overall. The men’s team had a spectacular performance too, sweeping first through sixth place and earning the first perfect score in the team’s history! These first victories have the team feeling motivated and confident as they begin the journey to the National Championship in November!
